By accessing or using The Human Design System Directory ("the Directory") at thehumandesignsystem.directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Directory. These terms apply to all visitors, practitioners, and users of the service.

2. About the Directory

The Human Design System Directory is operated by Individualization Sciences, LLC. It is a professional directory for Human Design practitioners, analysts, coaches, and teachers. We provide a platform to connect practitioners with individuals seeking Human Design guidance.

3. Practitioner Listings

Practitioners who claim or create profiles on the Directory agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about their qualifications and services
• Hold or disclose any relevant certifications from recognized Human Design schools
• Maintain professional standards in their practice
• Keep their profile information current and accurate
• Not misrepresent their experience, credentials, or services

Individualization Sciences, LLC reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inaccurate or misleading.

4. Founding Program

The Founding Practitioner Program offers early access benefits and a lifetime reduced rate in exchange for joining during our launch period. Founding membership fees are non-refundable. Benefits are subject to change as the platform evolves, though we will endeavor to honor the core value proposition made at the time of founding enrollment.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid listings are billed on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Directory for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Directory
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Directory

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Directory is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or qualifications of any practitioner listed. Practitioners listed in the Directory are independent professionals; Individualization Sciences, LLC is not responsible for any services they provide.

Human Design is a system of self-knowledge and self-understanding. Listings in this directory are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Individualization Sciences, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Directory or any practitioner services you engage through it.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Directory not provided by practitioners (including design, layout, copy, and code) is owned by Individualization Sciences, LLC. Practitioners retain ownership of their own submitted content. By submitting content, practitioners grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Directory.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Directory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify practitioners of material changes via email. Continued use of the Directory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Individualization Sciences, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
